By far the worst Petzone in Kuwait. People grooming my dog were too rough. Extremely disappointed.

Everytime I take my cat to get washed and a haircut, they always assume she has a fungus problem. Any slight redness is immediately considered fungus and they always freak me out for nothing. The first time they told me, I was going crazy since I was a new pet owner had no idea whats going on. The second time I took her to the vet to just get checked out either way, but three times though you guys are just joking around at this point. If they tell you, your cat has fungus, take a look at it first because they just over react over everything and stress you out over nothing sometimes.

Good location although parking is limited and not great for the disabled. Generally a good store but stock level is poor as all other Petzone stores.

Conveniently located away from the crazy traffic of Alrai. Carries premium cat and dog food brands, including Orijen and formulas for pets with medical conditions.

Quite an amazing atmoshphere with all those cute pets around u, got to see bunnies, love birds, budgies, hamsters, and a few others.. these place also does grooming and sells pets food and pet houses etc..

It's nice having a branch closer to where I live and the staff is very friendly. However the smaller size means they don't carry many of the things I need (like they never have my cat litter). Also the parking lot is very poorly designed. If you go during a busy time it's hard to park because there isn't enough space between the parking rows on either side. They will arrange delivery however for anything you want from the main store that they don't carry.

Good place in neighborhood to take care of pets grooming, food and convenient goods. Majority of the shop goods are of good quality. Full grooming takes around 1,5 hour, so plan your time accordingly
