Very good cinema experience, but please stop it with the ads! Last time when we (my family)went to watch fast and furious8 in 14th of april we waited almost 45mins of ads being repeated!

VIP is expensive (10kd) but the seats are very comfortable. 4DX is pretty cool and again at 8kd is expensive.

Best cinemas always new movies featured , comfortable chairs & surrounding voice system .
Online booking , Cafe for cinema must eat snacks (usually crowded) & seething guides available

Best movie theatre in Kuwait, service is great when it's not crowded and on the weekends you better book in advance to find good seatings even tho you'd still have a good view of the screen if you were sitting in the closest seats to the screen

Had the worst experience here! We went to watch a movie in the afternoon. We each paid 10kd for our tickets so expected good service as well. But guess what? No service. We rang the bell several times. But nobody came inside to ask what we wanted. The staff was rude. After the movie, when we went at the counter to complaint about or experience, they did nothing for us. They said to leave our name and number, but nobody called us to listen to our terrible experience and they did nothing to make things alright. Never going here again. Highly suggest to avoid this cinema. Customer service is terrible and everyone is rude. Not worth the money.

Best cinema in Kuwait because it is almost never crowded and there is an abundance of parking, very clean seats, wide variety of snacks. Highly recommended.
