  The worst of them all. They never answer. The customer service doesn't even know what to say or do. My fully insured car was at the repair shop for more than a week to get a permission to be repaired. It got that permission because I called and i insisted on talking to the manager who was trying to help. But he got the repair order wrong and I had to call again and fix that mistake. It would be much easier if I did it myself.

  Unresponsive when you call them. Called for 5 hours straight to get a replacement car (fully insured car) issue. One call responded with a promise to call me back and issue me a car within the hour. this was 2 days ago and i am still calling without a car being issued.
