Shaun was amazing and took time to help me out with packaging for a good cause, free of charge.
He went totally out of his way, when he could have said no. His service was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Shaun Pinto and his team at Wrap It Movers are amazing. After doing some research of my own online I thought I had the gist of what it would take to get my little Chihuahua Diego into Kuwait. However, as the day approached for his arrival - I was missing some key info. The Wrap It Mover team sprung into action to help me get the Import Cert/Visa/License that was mandatory for me to get Diego into the country. They even worked late nights to gather key signatures, and deliver everything to me at my work - incredibly helpful as I do not have a vehicle of my own. They literally went out of there way to get all completed last minute, and did what ever they could to keep my pup out of Cargo/Quarantine - and they did! Diego arrived in cabin with my husband and kids, and we were able to get the documents to them at the gate. Shaun made sure ahead of time that I had everything immigration would need so there would be no questions asked. So simple. I tend to be semi neurotic about these things so waiting on the other side of immigration for my family to come through with the dog was anxiety provoking to say the least. I mention this because Shaun stayed by his phone the entire night and into the early morning even after an incredibly long flight delay for my family to provide emotional support for all of my anxiety - not sure if that's a normal part of the service, but he did it without hesitation.
Overall - Wrap It movers is extremely knowledgeable, gets the job done, and does it all with customer service better than anything I have ever seen in the US even. A huge thank you to Shaun and his team, I will absolutely work with them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.response / report this review -

Inquiring minds I just wanted to take the time out to give my review on the experience I had with Wrap It Movers.
I must say they are one of the best here in Kuwait if you are looking for professionalism, good customer services, and someone to take care of your items as if it were their own. Wrap It Movers are the ones to contact and get the job done!! I searched google for the best movers here in Kuwait. I'd come across different moving companies here, and read each and every review on the sites. When I come across Wrap It Movers I felt like some weight was lifted off me as I read the comments. I hadn't come across not ONE negative comment. I knew then that this was the right choice for me. I contacted Shaun and the communication between the two of us was very understanding. Shaun was very professional and fulfilled everything he said he would do regarding my move. I'm very much pleased and would recommend Warp It Movers to anyone looking for great service. Shaun and the staff at Wrap-It took care of our move from Kuwait to Morocco. We did a 20 foit container door-to-door. Shaun is very well versed in how to move logistics out of Kuwait and was prompt, yet sensitive, to the documentation needed to navigate the shipment through the exporting side and explained each step of the logistics movement from Kuwait and what we are to expect on the Moroccan side with their partner broker there. We planned for the worst case scenario just to avoid any complications. Better to have too much documentation rather than not enough. It paid off. The actual movers were quick, prompt and tenacious in packing everything safely and properly. Packing a 20 foot container is an art. I truly appreciate their efforts for me. Now I can depart with peace of mind. I strongly recommend Wrap-It Movers for regional and international goods shipping.

I had used the services of Wrap it Movers for a local transfer within kuwait on 21st September 2017. They are by far the best movers and packers I have experienced very professional reliable trust worthy efficient and know their job in and out. A remarkable experience i have witnessed with Wrap It Movers, first the management were so details oriented that made my life easy, customer service team were keen on making this move a stress free one and the packing crew were super clean and professional. It only took me a phone call and had a free survey done and it was love at first sight. It was truely my best move !!

Wrap it Movers helped me move my house from Kuwait all the way to Montreal, Canada, DOOR TO DOOR and I must say, I would do this over and over again only with them. They got a highly efficient friendly staff, 24/7 tracking and end to end solution . I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving ANYTHING AND ANYWHERE!! Wrap it up movers are the best movers in Kuwait. Friendly and efficient. Workers are very nice. Prices are very reasonable. If I need to move you bet I'm using Wrap It Up again. The owner is an amazing man. Thank you for making my move less stressful.
