service levels is going down. visited avanti palace salmiya in ramadan. staff was bored and agitated with each other. flooor was not clean. ceiling was leaking. floor was smelly sofas were dirty. food is still good. thats what brings me back to this place. please get the aesthetics corrected before you loose a fine dining status and reduce to local restaurant.

Worst experience. We ordered tandoori chicken and it was rubbery and not cooked properly. Masala felt like paste and it was coming off. Not going there again.

Nice ambience and seating arrangements. The food is good but staff is not attentive. You call them 5 times and they will listen once. Good for groups as they have ample space. They also have a decent banquet hall for small parties and get together. The take orders for catering services as well. All together worth trying once.

One of our family's favorite Indian restaurants. The kids love the chicken biryani and we have to order the butter chicken and the navaratan kurma every time we visit.
The price was cheap, but nowadays it is getting more expensive to dine there.

HORRIBLE!!!
We were super hungry and visited this place on a FRIDAY Afternoon !! And upon entrance itself no proper greeting,TOO MUCH OF NOISE & COMMOTION!

The worst we ordered only a dal Tadka and roti and a Grilled chickenAND EVEN AFTER HOUR THE ORDER DID NOT COME!!

We were in a cabin , forget about the ORDER , they don't even have the courtesy to come and explain if the food is delayed !

Horrible service and customer treatment!
No proper TIME MANAGMENT!

Don't even think of visiting this place on FRIDAYS!

Finally we went to our all time fav MUGHAL MAHAL! They were so professional and we have ordered the same thing and the food came within 15mins!!

it was late night the infact we were the last customers in.
but the place was bright and calm and the wait staffs were so friendly . orders were on time. chicken 65, chicken tikka, butter nan , dal fry and chikcen achhari were the dishes orderd . They are so good in indian dishes.
