  Awful customer service. For all expats considering this place please beware. Don't make this company your final decision for a rental or lease. Very unprofessional. Full of false promises. This isn't an emotional response, but a honest first hand experience.

  the worst car rent customer service ever. i rented a car for one day only and when i returned the car they claimed falsely to collect more money!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER!! don't get misled by the fake good reviews!!!! PLUS THE LEBANESE OLD MAN THERE WAS REALLY RUDE .

  I rented the 2015 Kia Optima for 20 odd days last year and when the car had a manufacturing fault and their mechanic agreeing to it and a bunch of other cars went to car manufacturer for same fault, they said they will call Kia and I have to give them some % of money for repair. For replacement they didn't want to give me any other car except their own private use VW Passat which smelled bad of cigarettes. Their fleet had over a dozen cars in parking lot and they said "none" are available. utter nonsense. I have 4 witnesses with me. I need to rent a car again but I will look elsewhere as Apatchi lacks any professionalism.

  Update: Apatchi Cars' management saw my review. They called and were very apologetic and gave me a refund. Given this, I would recommend their use.
  
  Original post: Driver showed up 35 minutes late. He didn't know where anything was - despite me giving the Apatchi the list of places I needed to go weeks in advance - and being assured the driver knew where all the locations were. Apatchi said they would give me a discount for the awful service, but then they charged me the full amount and would not respond to my attempts to contact them. Do not use this company!

  Good cars but the prices are not comfortable that much .. No offers to attract customers to rent !
