Fast service. My Macbook was in warranty. They called me after 3 working days as promised informing that I can now pick my mac up. Had to pay for OS installation. Location is okay but can be traffic going there. Taxi may ask for extra fare. Staff were accommodating.

I'm not sure if the staff tells the truth. they said they reinstalled the on my iMac but it was never formatted since the user password still remained the same. Also, they never fix a phone, they always replace it, at a hefty price too, my iPhone was replaced for over 100KD with a three month warranty, however it broke down 8 month later and I had to pay again for a replacement. The replacements are not new phones, it's all refurbished. It's minimal service, your best best is to call Apple for better assurance or information.
