A useless embassy, sorry to say that The guy who is in charge have no clue on how to run it effectively and efficiently. Waited from morning 6am till 5pm just to get a bloody driving license attested where the work can be done in couple of hours At utmost pathetic state, a fish market ..what a shame

Quality and correct service. Fast documents delivery each half hour. All good qualified staffs. More parking space. Documents typing, xerox also available inside. Refreshments and toilet facilities are good.

The employees here are not friendly.. especially in the counter number 5 a fair old lady who had attended me was really rude asking for the change when I had to pay 6.750 KWD had given 20KWD but she asked me to get the change as she dint even suggest me how can I..!!! When I asked the change with other staffs no one bothered to help me get it finally after 30 min I managed to get it by one of the customers who had come here I ask the ambassador of Kuwait to take care of these things so that people won't have a hard time to interact with the staff and get a bad experience like what I had.
