  Very bad treatment. No clear communication.

  No where on their website does it indicate that you MUST produce travel from the last 5 years, even if your previous passport expired 16 years ago and your current passport is 2 years old. A $50 letter from the US embassy did not help. At least 75% of people applying were turned away for "must have old passport." Americans are not required to have a passport. Americans have to pay 41KD, while other countries and Kuwaitis pay less than 10KD for a single entry. Since they require airfares and hotels are paid for in advance and submitted with application, it would have been nice to know about the five year rule (even though no passport was issued) because now we have to pay cancellation fees. I won't even mention the programmed personnel that work there that are rude. Yes, I realize I might be banned now, but others need to know, so their time and money isn't wasted.

  Unfriendly staff, utterly unprofessional and stupid recommend not to process any document/visa through chinese embassy in Kuwait.
