  Al Talal Complex houses a collection of elite shopping outlets. She has ample parking and cosy atmosphere.

  I do not understand how this place got so popular. Horrible parking. Located in a very busy area. All roads (entrances/exits) are under construction. Some nice shops in al Tilal complex but the location is so bad that I often end up finding other stores in different locations to go to instead.
  
  Some of the nice shops (in the wrong location): Lilly Whites, Confectioners, Extreme sports, Chip store, Balloony Land, November bakery, the bed shop, Tempur)
