This particular Papa John's in Fintas is starting to slack alot, a couple of weeks ago when I ordered pizza and hot wings - Upon delivery the pizza was burnt and the hot wings were burnt; I know I should have checked the food items but because of the reputation of Papa John, I shouldn't have to check them like that. Then today I ordered pizza again (didn't know why I ordered again, but I was thinking maybe it was just a one time thing that they messed up).but I was wrong; this time the pizza weren't burnt, but was cold and took at least an hour and 45mins or so ti finally arrived. I even called the branch telephonically and she told me that the driver is on the way. I think she bull-shitted me, because if the driver had just leftwhy were my pizzas cold. I was only 10mins down the road. They should re-assess their worker's work ethics and maybe even have the manager get re-train, I don't think this is an isolated incident. Twice that I ordered and within a month's time-frame, both times the pizza weren't up to standard. The Founder of Papa John would be very embarrassed if he were here to see and witness the kind of service I've gotten recently from this Papa John.
