I stayed here do to a flight diversion and everything was very clean and well thought out. The toilet was amazing (don't laugh) I could have flown home on this. Excellent place.

This hotel was awesome. I was in Seoul for work and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had many automation perks and the shower was of a higher quality and water pressure than hotels I have been to in the last. The free member breakfast and happy hours were a huge bonus and saved you from always having to go get food. Plus the free beer and liquor was a nice bonus. The customer service was very helpful multiple times when I needed something and service was always prompt and very polite. The free high speed WiFi, gym/pool, 10,000 krw per night, and club fridge access were definitely a highlight to my multiple stays. Highly recommended!

Nice, unique interiors: automated lighting, curtains controlled with a single unit, touchscreen phone-Clock- ontroller unit. Automated Water Closet with seat warmer and variable bidet and drier controls. Efficient and unobtrusive service. Clean bathroom with unique fittings. Helpful and unobtrusive staff. Prompt service. Well located tight at the city center opposite the City Hall.

Nothing but good things to say about staying at The Plaza. Very convenient location, very nice and updated rooms (small by American standards, but larger than what I've come to expect in Asia), and the single best executive club lounge I've seen at any hotel yet. If you're looking for a place to stay in Seoul, and especially if you have Marriott/Starwood status, The Plaza is an amazing place to stay.

It's a very nice hotel, with well-trained staff. Unfortunately whoever designed this hotel made many mistakes. Hotel strives far too hard to be "modern" and "swanky" at the expense of comfort for the business traveler. Uncomfortable chairs, strange lighting, and cramped rooms.

Fantastic hotel with great service, comfortable rooms, and located right beside the city hall subway station. There's also a very well equipped gym and spa in the adjacent annex building for hotel guests.

Very convenient location. Very well mannered and helpful hotel staff. Impeccable service and cleanliness.
The room toilet and commode is amazing! The room provides views of an urban and alive city too.
There are lots of eating options around especially the Korean barbeque joints that's awesome to gorge on soul satisfying food!response / report this review -

My Absolute Favorite Place to Stay in Seoul.
Everything here is great, even the price on the times I stayed. This hotel is funky, a nice change from the generally very conservative local atmosphere and establishments. However, nothing is left to chance, and the standards in every way are the highest: check-in, room, service, restaurants, lounge, fitness and swimming pool, check-out, etc. A few things in particular:
- Room decor is very innovative and fun (drapes open when you enter the room, my room was on two levels, etc); also includes Nespresso machine.
- Lounge has great good, including during the day (fruits, deserts, etc).
- Swimming pool is on the 18th floor in the building next door (10 seconds crossing outside).
- Location is minutes from Seoul Station, with a subway station just in front.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel in the heart of Seoul - right across the street from City Hall and the Seoul City Plaza (thus the name!) The hotel is relatively small but it has nice amenities and restaurants inside. Plaza-facing rooms are supposedly soundproofed but during very noisy events some sound gets through, which could make for an unpleasant stay. Staff is very helpful.

Nice view and good hotel to look around Seoul. Breakfast is very good. Cafe is also good, however not cheap.
