  Great hotel, large and affordable rooms, clean and bright, great location, helpful staff. Some electrical issues on arrival but they fixed them as soon as I called. Would definitely stay here again!

  Location is very convenient . Less than 20 M, you can take airport bus to Incheon Airport. Excellent ! Newly installed Down Town Tax Refund Machine at 19/f lobby. Perfect.

  Perfect location. Exactly at the noon square and many shopping malls nearby. The rooms are just fine and clean. The smoking corridor and room having a strong uncomfortable smell. The AC wasn't cold and that was the biggest con in the hotel.

  Small room, but terrific location. Also affordable price. Can't imagine a better place for visiting Seoul and enjoying the shopping spree!

  Standard ibis but in a very worn out state. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but I would consider other options for next time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly but for the receptionist who was more concerned with his mobile phone on multiple locations. If you get a good price to stay here then it is worth it, otherwise if you find something else at a similar price, stay elsewhere.

  The limousine bus coming from ICN stops here, so this is super convenient for travelers with a large suitcases! You definitely do not want to be lugging suitcases up and down the underground tunnels in this area

  Good hotel right next to Meyong-dong. It was not quite all night as the walls are rather thin also the rooms get very hot in the winter. Our room was 85 degrees when we got in and were told to open the window to cool it down. They also said if that was not good enough they would bring up a portable ac unit. Breakfast is great but make sure you get a room that included breakfast. Overall a fine stay.

  Located just next to the famous Myeongdong street.
  Easily access to Subway with two different line.
  Opposite is the famous Lotte Mart.
  Shopping heaven for shopping lover.
  And airport limo stop right in front of the hotel.
