The room look great and stuffs helpful. But the heat can't choose the temperature. No air come into to the room.

I stayed at StayB Hotel Myeongdong with my friends for four days. The staff were polite and nice. There are sofas for guests on lobby. The rooms were clean. The hotel is located at Chungmuro where transportation is convenient to other districts.

Friendly staff, clean environment, does not provide breakfast however you are welcome to have it at their restaurant next to the hotel. They also have a sky roof garden to over view the city.

Was a terrible experience. First of all, clustered room (bearly no space for my luggage), bathroom getting flooded whenever you have a shower (no shower screen). House keeper trolley which never ever moved in front of our room. Most importantly, POOR HOTEL SECURITY!!!! I had my stuff stolen. Notified the staff, they said they will investigate. They got back with an answer saying they saw SOMEBODY entering the room while we were not there. Did not investigate further nor apologies given. NEVER STAY HERE GUYS IF U VALUE YOUR SECURITY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR LUGGAGE.

If you want to stay here, make sure you lock everything in your luggage. During my stay here, the housekeeper stole/threw away my pair of brand new shoes. When bringing this problem to the front desk they told me they checked cctv and can only see the housekeeper taking out a black plastic bag so they can’t see what is inside. They then came to my room and checked all my luggage and accused me of lying, despite showing them the receipt I had. They couldn’t find the shoes so later changed their statement to “the housekeeper didn’t throw away anything from the room”. They also went on to say that besides the housekeeper, someone else (they don’t know who) also entered our room without our permission when we were out of the hotel. (I have email evidence attached). Once I asked for cctv footage showing who was walking into my room and show me proof where the housekeeper didn’t take anything from my room, they stopped replying my email. Sounds suspicious right? At first, it was about my shoes being stolen and I hoped that the hotel would investigate it for me, what I got was the manager covering up for the housekeeper and accusing me of lying. I don’t noemally post reviews but I felt the need to this time to let everyone here know that this hotel is complete nonsense so please don’t stay here. Their security system has serious issues and the management of this hotel is extremely poor.

Location is good. 5 min to Chungmuro station. 5 min to Airport Bus Stop (#6015). 10 min walk to Myeongdong. Room is reasonable and comfortable. Just one bad point is the aircon/heater! It gets overheated at times but we are unable to control it. It is centralised and remote control is locked (meaning useless!) We have to open the window at times to cool the room but that brings in the street noises from eateries downstairs.

StayB is the best hotel choice when comparing with the other 3 hotels that i have stayed in Seoul. Very convenience and safe location. We can hang around in Myeong-do until midnight and get a 10 mins walk to get back to hotel
