Nice clean hotel with generally friendly staff. They are very busy most of the time. The breakfast buffet is great. Very close to great touristic spots in Seoul. Easy access to subway. Little noisy with it being on the heart of Seoul. Construction, traffic and people can be heard 24/7.

The staffs are very nice. The hotel located in good location easy to travel by subway or bus; can take airport bus to the hotel.

My family (with 5 and 8 year-old kids) stayed 3 nights in a two double-bed room and felt quite comfortable. It provided all basic items with above average quality.

Some minor complaints: there were only 2 electricity outlets (one was already used for the desk lamp). The bath room has little space to put personal items and no hooks to hang clothes or bags.

Good: central location, easy access to subway line and food. 24 hours staff at desk speaks English, attentive, and very helpful. Room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Bad: I selected a single room. It is small, in fact very small. It's pretty much a room with a bed and a bathroom (European style). Unsure if they converted a storage room into an extra room. Building and decor shows its age. There was a tear on the wall that they patched with a tape and wallpaper.

Verdict: decent place to stay for a couple of days but unsure if i would get the single room.

Very bad experience with the hotel. My colleague and I had business trip to Seoul and made reservation for 2 rooms. When I was checking in, front office insisted we only have one room with a king bed and double bed. Later they called and said they made mistake we actually booked for 2 rooms. Rookie mistake in 4-star hotel.
