The best Marriott hotel i have ever stayed at. Customer service, quality, and respect are huge here. I will definately come back when visiting Seoul again. Cindy, and jessica are the best employees there!

I had a really good stay at this Hotel with a nice sky view room of Dongdaemun gate. The room was well equipped although oddly there's a joint door for the toilet and shower. Subway station is also 5 min walk away, and close to various tourist locations.

Professional and helpful staff. I feel exceptionally welcome here. Comfortable rooms, nice chilled views of the activity at the traffic junction below if you have the corner room. So comfortable it's hard to step out.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They always greet my family and I with a kind smile. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and knew where we could find certain souvenirs. I highly recommend this hotel :).

I was there in September 2014 with my wife. The look and feel of the hotel were good and the room view as depicted in the photos made a difference. It took about 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop going to the Airport.

JW Marriott is a quality brand and this hotel is no exception. Super high end and luxurious, all of the hotel amenities are excellent. I went to the hotel for dinner since there were no restaurants I knew in the area were any good. Went to the BLT Steak and it was delicious. Tender, perfectly cooked steak with perfect service. Wine selection is the best I found on Seoul.

Every thing about this hotel was excellent. The room, technology, cleanness, club floor, balcony view, health club, location, you name it. Only problem is that most Taxi drivers didn't know it. I guess this is because it was new at the time I've been there, 2014

Very nice hotel. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and attend to your needs.
Be sure to check out the pool. It's a beautiful environment to exercise in.
Not sure what they're thinking with the Barbie themed cafe on the lobby floor but can't fault the coffee. They make an excellent Macchiatoresponse / report this review -

I love everything about this hotel, the location, the room, the architecture and most of all, immaculate service. Their exec lounge is small but truly amazing. It just feels so elegant.

I attended a banquet dinner here and the food was excellent but that is really all I can speak to. The wait staff was attentive and quick. This level of service is expected at any hotel in Seoul, so it's not above and beyond the call of duty but certainly still quite good.
