A nice hotel in Songdo at reasonable prices for the area considering the quality. The room was a little hot, even though I was there in winter. The aircon didn't allow switching between warm/cool but you can open the window.

One of the best Holiday Inn hotel to stay with. The staffs attitude are excellent and environment is very appealing. This is my second time check in with this hotel.

Very quiet. Location near a subway and Lotte Mart. Elevator card security gives a nice feeling of safety. Rooms are cozy and the view is lovely. If you're a foreigner, they have plugs for 110v and local plugs. Visiting my friend at her room, it was a nice break from Seoul.

Their service was perfect and great I have ever tried in Korea. All staffs not only at the concierge in the lobby but also servers at restaurant at the top floor (19th) were very kind and polite for guests. My wife and I were good impressed by their good manner while having the nice buffet at the restaurant called Sura-Che. In addition, changing schedule for my reservation was dealt with their good serve without any inconvenience at all. Their great service will call us to visit again soon. I would like to recommend you stay in here and try at the restaurant. Thanks.

Convenient location if you have business on Songdo, direct access to Central Park station. Staff speaks excellent English, very traveler friendly. Rooms are clean and well appointed, though starting to show some wear. Bed and shower very comfortable for relief of jet lag. Very good breakfast buffet. Biggest issue I had was room being too hot (27C), thankfully widow can be open - air conditioner was no help. (Temperature issue may not be unique to this hotel, I have noticed elsewhere in Korea & Japan before/after winter.)

124 000 KRW (around 94 Eur) for 2 persons for evening dinner is abominably expensive! That being for the quality of food presented. It's an Buffet/Salad Bar type of restaurant, but the price/quality is mediocre. I never payed around 50 Eur for a buffet!
Other than that the room price is little bit expensive too.
I payed around 614 000 for 1 night for 2 persons ( around 464 Eur.)
Service is OK
Room state is OK

Nice place and very clean. Staff are very helpful. It's my 3rd time staying here. Breakfast have plenty of choices and the taste is amazing!

It's a very nice hotel. The room and bed was very nice, as well as the shower.Location is great- close to metcalf for food and shopping. Quick drive to downtown. Staff are always professional.

The hotel itself is pretty good, from the rooms to the hotel staff. Dont miss out on the weekend buffet as it is as good as the hotel itself buuuuut tho theres lotte mart and the park right opposite, this place is pretty far from incheon or any other touristy sight seeing place. Train station is just right next to this hotel tho

Very good hotel. The best breakfast I ate. The employees are doing all their best. They don't understand well English but is like this everywhere in Korea. All of them are involved and their goal is to pleased the customer and you can feel this. Very nice, smiling and very polite people all the time. Each time is a pleasure to be here.

Fairly new, modern hotel at the north west end of Central Park in Songdo. Great affordable choice for an overnight layover.
All the rooms I've had have been well laid out with pretty much everything you could need. Air conditioning works great in the summer. The bathrooms are modern and clean with rainfall showers.
The food is mixed, the breakfast buffet is decent but very pricey unless you have a discounted group price. The rooftop bar has great views but seems to be frequently closed for private events in the evenings.
The location is so-so, right next to Central Park subway station although a fair walk from restaurants and things to do.
