Excellent location. Walking distance from Costco, coffee, parks, bus transportation, and events. The lobby is spacious with multiple lounges, a currency exchange, and gift shop. The rooms are posh with both a shower and soaking tub with jets. I will stay here again.

The place is very nice and clean. The staff was nice and accommodating, though their English was somewhat broken at times. My major dislikes of the hotel was that it was very gaudy and the hotel room floors were made of tiles, which were uncomfortable. Also, there isn't much in the neighboring area, which makes it boring.

It is a nice park. There are plenty of places to walk around, lots of benches for sitting, boats for renting (that have neon lights at night!), the night view is really nice, and it is very clean.

Service was sorely lacking. Staff insisted on me handing over my credit card and wanted to charge my stay, despite that being already taken care of. Room cleaning staff knocks on your door at 8am daily, so do not make the mistake of forgetting to display the do-not-disturb sign should you want to sleep in late. Breakfast is nothing to shout about.

Could not take a shower before my room was ready so I had to give my presentation on the state I was after my 9h flight. Gym, pool and sauna were not open (under construction). Otherwise very nice, room was big and luxurious, the view from the room was great.

This place is very impressive on the outside and the inside, staff is extremely friendly, typical Korean But the details more than disappoint! Plastic plants everywhere, filthy seats in the restaurant, garbage in places which are a bit out of sight Still 3 states, hot excellent staff and clean rooms.

This is a great place for a leisurely day out. You can rent a boat on the lake, walk around the park enjoying art installations and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the traditional hotel there is an incredible restaurant that is a must try.
