This is a short course. I'd say you can spend 1-2hrs. Of course you can stay longer if you want. I mean the water is so clean and blue you just want to stare at it for a long time to soak it up.
Small museum and phallic shaped sculptures are really interesting.

This park is interesting and novel due to the "penis park" aspect of it, but due to most of the information being given only being in Korean, it leaves a bit to be desired.

This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit in Korea. It's a really beautiful park to visit and then you have the added bonus of 50+ phallic statues all over the place. Oh, and did I mention the giant golden penis right or the moving penis waterfall at the park entrance? They're not to be missed!

This is a great park with some stunning views of the ocean along the east coast. The gardens are well kept and the main feature of the park, the 'Penis' statues all around are quite interesting. A fun destination for couples and friends.
