If you are looking for somewhere interesting but don’t want to spend a fortune it’s a good choice and I would consider staying again
Good points:
- given a choice of available rooms at check-in
- The room was very cool; very wacky with a bathtub in the middle of the room (there was a separate shower cubicle)
- good transport connections (subway station with 3 lines on the corner: 5min to the platforms)
Bad points:
- no complimentary water
- bath products cheap / not great
- hotel wasn’t able to recommend any local dining options
Oh, and the corridors are a crazy sterile white (certainly in the 15th floor)!response / report this review -

I love the setup of this place. One thing is that the room is a tad bit small for two people. Also I though it was a breakfast buffet. However, they cook you breakfast every morning with a self serve of coffee on, water, croissants and other kind of bread. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly.

Good location. Close to Hongdae and the shopping/food street so there's a lot to see and do. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was okay. It was clean but it didn't match the pictures shown on Expedia.

I have stayed with this chain of hotels more than once and have no complaints about the experience. The location of this particular hotel is pretty great. It is close to the metro and the Sinchon district. The hotel room I had was small but expected. The price was right and it came with a large bathtub. Clean and modern fixtures.

솔직하게 최악.. 화장실 비대고장 거기에 중앙난방 춥고 커튼열면 건넌편 사무실 바로 보이고 샤워 시설은 개판.. 특히 502호!!

The hotel have a big problem about management. The website show the the type only said two single bed or one double bed. But they have a family room there have one double bed and one single bed. We have agreement that we change to the other room but after we back to the hotel . The attendant gave the the to other people!! And we have to wait the other room . After we change to the new room we found out that the table light was broken and we have to change the the other room again and without just change the table light!! What kind of logic?! I'm working at the smiliar job. The flexible notion is not that hard,is empathy. And they didn't show any sincerity like sorry about that or help us to take the luggage. The first room I lived have the paint on the quilt,and the pillow case is broken. Before the day I check out ,they gave me the broken towel and with blood!!! How can them called that they are more than 4 Star-rating hotel?!
這家飯店讓我這次的韓國之旅心情受到很大影響！在網站上看到房間部分是兩單或雙人床，但是入住時分給我家庭房為ㄧ單加一雙，房間只有10坪左右給我床這麼大要做什麼用？立刻反應之後只跟我說別的樓層會冷。隔天早上出門前已經談妥也先看過另外一間房間，但是我們回到飯店要跟服務人員說可以換房間時卻告訴我已經有人入住了！！那我早上花時間在跟他們確認什麼？也不會主動告訴我們還有哪幾間是同等房型等我們問才在找，好不容易換到新房間之後發現桌燈是壞的，說要再讓我們換房間，問他能不能換燈就好回答是不行！！！而且說要再等半小時才能換到其他房間，時間到了還要自己打電話詢問房間準備好了嗎？結果才說還沒整理好要再等，還要自己問要再等多久。終於等到房間好了之後就來了ㄧ個人帶著我們去另外一間房間也沒有跟我們說抱歉或是幫忙搬行李。第一間房間被套有被筆劃到的痕跡居然是用像油漆的東西塗在上面，枕套還有破洞。第二間房燈壞了。第三間房在我離開的前一天晚上還給我使用破洞還有血跡的毛巾！！！！！設備舊了也沒更新，電視搖控器也不能選擇語言。我還加價升等到比較貴但是大ㄧ點的房間，但住起來的品質是連motel都還不如！當初選擇的時候是選4星級以上的飯店！實在是不值這個價格，大家要慎選！！

conveniently located to the shopping, eateries and night life area in the vicinity of Hongik University. The hotel is located near to the metro stations of Hapjeong (which is nearer than Hongik station) and Hongik. The hotel is clean, and charges are reasonable.
