This would have been a great waterpark if it wasn't for the difficulty choosing the time to go. We opted to go for a mid season ticket, as kids were back at school and there were no lines to get in, however this is because only 2/5 sections of the park were open. A mid season ticket only gives you access to the megastorm, wave pool, lazy river and indoor facilities. Everything else was closed (this isn't explained when you buy the ticket!!). Which for 37,000₩ was not worth it at all (unless you really just want to lap the megastorm). If you want to experience the whole park, you have to pay more and visit during the high or gold season, which is jam packed with people and you probably won't get to ride many things.

It was fun and exciting with the variety of water rides offered. Must not wear wear swimsuit with any zipper or metallic design or else you will not be allowed on some rides.

Definitely over crowded. If you go on a busy day it will take about 2 hours to get on a ride, depending on how popular it is. Its cool for going for a 1st time experience.

Love it! Great family place. On a weekday is the best choice, since it is not as busy. My children got to enjoy the attractions more than once

OMG all the people! Super long lines. Very, very, very overcrowded. Parking is a nightmare! Food is terrible and expensive. Chairs are not free. If you want to sit down you have to rent a chair and pay for it. Rides are ok but you're going to have to wait an hour in each line.

Excellent experience visiting this water park. It has both indoor and outdoor pools and some very nice rides for adults. It gives something for everyone. Children loves it.

This waterpark is so fun. Even a full day is short to take all the rides. Outside rides are close in winters. Best time is summer time. Must visit

This waterpark is so fun! If they have a fast pass system, I would have given 5 stars. I love their wave pool.
The outdoor water park is closed during winter.
Aqua Loop:
There are temporary lockers after the first entrance. Put all your belongings, slippers, body piercings, hair pins, UV tops, T-shirts, etc. in the lockers. In short, just wear your swim wear without any metal objects and a hair band if necessary. No skirt type swim wears. Crowded with long lines for rides run by staffmembers who are at times very inefficient. Was very frustrated to be nannied constantly ("don't go in the wave pool without a life vest" - "no standing where the waves crash" - "don't get out of the raft into the water after the ride is finished") I've been swimming since I was 1 and know how to take care of myself in the water. I know a very large number of Koreans are not taught how to swim, but you employ lifeguards for a reason. The strict rules interfere with the enjoyment of your patrons. You need a better balance.

I love water. Because if that, this might be a slightly biased review, but nevertheless here goes: I went to this park with a good friend of mine who was kind enough to help me with the customs in the park so I wouldn't look like a complete fool. You've got to go into the locker room, change clothes (and get naked) in front of other visitors of the same sex of course. Then you get a wristband of 30000, 50000 or 100000 won (if I remember correctly) with which you pay for certain things inside the park. You can have a couple of different sorts of lunch or dinner and you must get a life vest, to be able to go into certain rides. That's why you will see almost all people wearing life vests. There are too many attractions to do in a day, so I suggest to go on the ones that seem most fun (Mega Storm) and to also take some time to relax in the wave bath or the lazy river. It's a great place, and if you have a day to spare in Seoul, definitely go here.
