Parking was terrible. when we got there the only parking left was in row z-z-z which was a mile and a half away. Security was really tight getting into the venue. All you had to do was just step slightly out of line and the security would beat the crap out of you with the butt of their gun. Saw Journey preform, which was really amazing. When Steve Perry broke into the Encore of "Don't stop believin', Great leader got on stage and sung with him. Concessions were totally overpriced. I mean, really? $75.00 for Milkduds? I heard that for next year they booked Yanni, and REO Speedwagon among others
What a great venue - but watch out for the locals trying to sell you that DPRK acidit's all bunk. Easy access to the stage once inside (the security checkpoint to get in is hell though). Stay away from the food - it's all just regurgitated rat turds anyway.
The beer was cold and reasonably priced but the latrines were a little rough. Do yourself a favor and arrive early - parking can be a real snarl.
You haven't seen Cap't & Tennille until you have seen them Live at the Moranbang. The Great Leader even graced the stage to belt out "Love will keep us together" with the always stunning Toni- who was clearly swooned. "Muskrat Love" was there final encore and once again, 'Pipes' Jong-Un rocked the house performing a dazzling laser show by strapping laser pointers to his limbs and break dancing It was insane. Highly Recommend!
ProTip- No Cameras or Recording are allowed. The will shoot you out back, seriously.
Security there are total narcs. They even searched my shoe after heavily frisking me. I recommend cornholing any bud you try to sneak in.
I saw Rush play here in 88. It was awesome. Kim Jong was all like ' YEAHHHHH". He made them play Tom Sawyer twice!!
