Old plantation style. Totally authentic, amazing food and drinks, lovely ambience, beautiful pool area, cool breezes (no drying noisy air conditioner needed) and really friendly family run hotel. Noting is too much to ask.

Staying at The Hermitage is like stepping back in time. Absolutely gorgeous, rooms are comfortable and staff is very helpful and pleasant. If you don't stay, at least go for a meal. Don't miss their traditional rum punch.

Food was wonderful. The staff really make you feel you are like family. Richie is was wonderful host. This was our third time visiting. We shall be back.
