Very close to a five star review. Perfect location for a peaceful getaway - wonderful beach teaming in nature - calm warm waters, at least 15 species of fish seen while snorkeling near the rocks. Good size room with sea view - quiet, comfortable, clean. Happy memories made. What would have made it perfect? - warm water ( 8/10 times the shower was cold), better quality food in the restaurant ( sorry but I don't think the chef understand how to cook) and friendlier staff ( some we're fine, but others came with ' attitude'). Despite these blemishes, I'd definitely recommend and would revisit.

Beautiful place with a wonderful beach, there you have a cool rental bike shop where you can arrange a tour around the island.

Worst front desk girls ever. Did not want to split the check (company and personal items separately). Finally front desk agreed to do so. Then she claimed we were confusing her. So it was the fault of the customer? Pfff

Second front desk girl kept telling us to do our things, such as cancelling / moving the flight as she and her friend at the airport wanted to. First of all, it is not her business to involve herself to our business.

There were 2 friendly persons in restaurant, Guyanese waitress and an older waiter. Because of their attitude to work and customers I felt I can’t give 1 star. If other staff would do as good job as they did, the place would be easily worth of 4-5 stars.

Used Expedia and assigned worst room at resort--confirmed. (Explanation: Why expect more as single and third-party commission.( Toilet flooded floor for days, defying repair. Fridge ran 24/7 but barely cooled. After complaint, chain-link mattress swiftly replaced. Was offered free upgrade, which I foolishly delayed accepting, hating repacking. op level room spectacular. Good: Staff, location, food all good.
Undocumented charge after leaving with no immediate response to email seeking explanation.

Consider upgrade room over funky Victorian-style cottages. Convenient restaurant and impressive bar music.

Lovely place to relax and get away from stress. Very large rooms with a large balcony to look out and see the beach or watch the sunset. I rated 3 stars because of thw fact that the hotel wifi don't work when you're in your room but it doea work when you're on the beach near the bar or by the front office

Dirty bathrooms no WiFi in rooms and horrific steaks.
Owner is to occupied in drinking and partying to care about the simplest things.
No passion at all. I only wish I owned it. I would turn it into an unforgettable place.
I can see in the past it used to be a semi decent little place. However today they just stopped caring. If it was not for the water taxi dropping off people it would look totally neglected and run down. It’s a shame about the dock and the cabanas. Owner stopped caring. Someone should invest and bring it back to life !!!

Place can do with some updating but all in all a pleasurable experience, lovely staff and cabins, at the time the cleanup post hurricane Maria was still underway. Walk with mosquito repellant especially if out late.

This is a great option if you are looking to stay on Nevis on a budget. Don't expect 4 Seasons level accommodations here, expect an extremely cozy cottage on a private beach with stunning views of the neighboring island of St Kitts. The staff was very friendly. We only tried the restaurant for breakfast, but the food was pretty good. The room was well-kept and the bed was comfortable. There is a bar at the resort, but there is also a great bar/restaurant called the Gin Trap within walking distance. 101 different kinds of gin! Definitely consider Oaulie if you want a cozy weekend getaway, but don't expect all-inclusive 4 star hotel furnishing on a Holiday Inn budget

Had to wait 2 hours to check in! The room was clean enough and the grounds get soggy and dirty at the slightest drop of rain. That wouldn't be a problem if there was a rug in the room, but there isn't.
The bed was comfortable and it's right in 5he beach.

The resort is timeless with a very relaxed atmosphere. Located right on the beach, the individual gingerbread houses give a spacious feel.

Spectacular sunsets every evening make for a romantic setting and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters is lush.

The water sports and other activities are right on your doorstep, meaning even the grumpiest of people have the best of times.

The food is good quality although not always that varied and the staff are always welcoming and eager to help out.
