    Excellent Service and Superb Quality!
This a definately a hidden gem with just 10-15min ride away from the busy pub streets! The hotel offers free pick up and drop off which is such a great service! We were taken very good care of by Vin and his staff. All our needs were met. I am really carried away by the hospitality and friendliness that was shown during our stay!
The rooms were spacious and maintained really up to the standard. The big bath tub is definately something you’d want to come back to after a long day at the temple or floating village.
Last but not least our driver during our stay, Bona was magnificent! Really the highlight of our organized tour by the hotel too!

Vin the owner is an extremely noble and inspiring person who leads his team up and beyond the general 5 star hotel standards.

Great place, the suite appartment we had was awesome. Beautiful swimming pool adorned with khmer sculptures and a lovely garden. A place to remember and to come back to. A peaceful haven, Not to mention luscious food.
Thank you again Tim for your kindness and the high level of hospitality.

From the very first time when we set foot in the hotel, we can't stop saying "wow". It is the best place to stay if you are planning for a trip in Cambodia. Our room is too good to be true. The place is so homey, and you could really feel you are in a vacation, away from the hassle, and noise in the city. The people are super, duper nice. They are very accomodating from the manager down to all the staff. If you try the food in their own restaurant, you dont want to go anywhere to eat. The food is superb! Me and my husband went to a tour to a floating village, and it was a blast. The highlight is that we just didn't ride the boat to checked it out, but we walked to the village, and see how Cambodians live. I am amazed of how you could bring joy to their face even with a single candy you hand to the kids. Our driver (Dara) is such a big help not just by driving us to the tvillagr and the temples, but by sharing all the history too, and being an awesome photographer. We surely recommend this place, and the country, and its culture!

Amazing hotel. Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Spacious rooms. Location leaves a lot to be desired but staff drives you by tuktuk or car to any place in town. Including pickup from hotel. Can't best the price.

According to Google this place is permanently closed, but this is not true. It is indeed permanently open. This is a very cozy hotel where you feel as home. Vin will make the best of your stay, he helped us to organize all our trips, and all the members of the staff looked after us all the time. It is not at the city center, but stay away from it as it is too noisy and crowded. It is very easy to reach Angkor Wat and all its surroundings with a tuk tuk. Food is very good and at very reasonable prices. I surely recommend UngD to everybody!

I've not seen other places there, but I can for sure tell this is one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap!
We were picked up at the airport and brought to the hotel directly. The place is just awesome as is the breakfast and the pool. The staff was one of the best I ever met in a hotel and everyone was nice and very kind to us and helped us organizing our trips.
The rooms are huge, bath is also big and very clean. I will definitely come again and bring friends.

Its a brand new property ,almost untouched. I am travelling with my husband and the deluxe room is huge for both of us !!! Almost the size of an apartment. The place is well planned and maintained. Because its spacious, we struggled with the air con a little bit to keep the temperature down but finally got there. The staff are polite and can speak english well. So far we are loving our stay.
