  Wow is simply the best I can describe this hotel. The staff are truly what make this hotel special, I believe I was given a smile from every single employee of the hotel. Every employee was there to help with anything you needed.
  
  One of the best Courtyards I have ever stayed. I sometimes wish Courtyards like this can be in the US 😂. Rooms are modern, gym is fantastic and the pool area is serene. With my gold status I was given 25% off the rooftop bar and breakfast and took advantage of both. Both were truly fantastic. Rooftop bar is really great. We tried the Cambodian cocktail which basically tastes like a water down Mojito but the presentation and the way they made it is fun!
  
  Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying around the Siem Reap area.

  I had a 5 night stay for two in March. The hotel is new and it shows in the hotel design, room and pool, but by far what made my stay special was the service.
  
  The entire team there is incredibly sweet and helpful from Kate, Nich and others at the front desk to everyone at the restaurant and pool. By the end of the five days, we felt truly friendly with the staff, being able to chat and joke with them. I sincerely want to thank Thida who went above and beyond from the the first correspondence before check in until even after check out. She truly made the vacation special and memorable for the two of us.

  I don't usually write reviews. But I felt compelled to for this hotel, as the staff here is AMAZING!!! Thank you to Kim and the whole team for making sure our stay was memorable. Everyone here wants to make sure you enjoy yourself, but they do it in such a natural way as not to be intrusive. They are attentive and knew our names and faces from day one! They are knowledgeable about local attractions, so they can advise you what to do. I can't say enough about the staff here. We will be back!

  Our experience In Siem Reap was AMAZING, because of all the nice and caring people at the resort, whenever we needed help they would ALWAYS be there for us and guide us the people who helped us most are: Kate, Sookha, Fong ,Geo, Thavdy, the whole resturant staff (i dont know their name) and Housekeeping

  Where do we start .........
  From the moment we stepped through the front door to the moment we left, and beyond, we were treat like Royalty. Each and every one of the staff that we met went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our stay was comfortable and equally memorable. Nicolai, the Director of Operations, met us personally on check in, together with Kim from reception, to make sure that our stay would be perfect. The reception team, Dalin; Kim; Lili; Rin and everyone of them were helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. They greeted us by name, wherever we were in the hotel, and asked after our welfare.
  
  Concierge staff including Nathan and Nicholas went out of their way to arrange an itinerary for us and booked everything we asked for. Perfect service.
  
  David, Cha; Bot; Sovann and all the staff at the Lounge were brilliant. Nothing was a trouble to them and they made everything we asked for.
  
  The staff at Lok Lak Restaurant were equally accommodating. Chanratha, the Duty Manager, Sela; Thavdy, and all the staff were equally friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was perfect and not expensive. Gave us the opportunity to try typical Cambodian food.
  
  Our room, overlooking the pool, was absolutely lovely; large and modern. Much better than we expected and made even better with it being brand new.
  
  The hotel as a whole, although not yet fully completed, was beautiful. Large; spacious; well decorated and beautifully furnished. The perfect base from which to explore Angkor Wat and Siem Reap.
  
  Special thanks must go to all the staff for helping me after I sprained my ankle at Angkor Wat. Nothing was too much trouble for them all. I received flowers and a signed card with get well wishes from everyone. Nicolai went the extra mile by meeting us at the airport, for our return journey, to arrange wheelchair help for me. To say I was grateful is an understatement.
  
  Our stay at Courtyard Siem Reap was perfect in every way and we will certainly be back and are in the process of planning our return visit. Thank you all.

  What a great 5 star hotel!!!! Room and beds are so comfortable and a great Pool, gym a good restaurants do you need more?...there is more.. the real stars are the staff. Its just beyond what u will find at any other hotel. I feel this stay was top quality. hospitality at it's best. great staff that knows how to advise you, and help with your needs... thank you for making my stay unforgettable and taking care. I definitely recommend everyone to book a room here.
