  Super located in the heart of the old city. Everything there within walking distance (the old night market, shops, restaurants). Staff friendly and very helpful.
  
  Additional advantage: right there you can get a local SIM-card, rent a motorbike or scooter, and book tours. Free (bottled) water!
  
  My room was clean, but very simple (just to sleep there, shower and bathroom across the hall)). I was there in March and wasn't molested by mosquitoes (I left the fan on while in the room) or other animals.
  
  If you call them in advance they will pick you up at the airport für a modest price.
  
  If your are looking just for a place to sleep and get your Angkor tour organized, I can heartily recommend Villa Niron. But keep smiling!

  Villa is very clean and centrally located owner is friendly. And I'm giving five stars because of the guy on reception he was one of most accommodating and friendly person I seen in hospitality industry. That guy makes you feel like you're among friends in foreign country

  Great hotel for the price- they have bike rental (motorbikes & bicycles) & onward travel booking services (as well as currency exchange though I didn’t use that so can’t speak to rates) right downstairs so no need to hunt around for services. Also located right next to where a lot of the bus companies unload so if you’re coming from elsewhere in Southeast Asia traveling on the cheap it’s perfect. Centrally located near the night markets & main road to the Angkor temples. Super cheap with hot showers, writing desk, electric kettle, small perks that don’t even sound like perks til you try traveling on ~10$/night would stay there again!

  The best budget guesthouse in Siem Reap! The hosts are very nice and warmly welcome, rooms are clean and the villa located in the central of Siem Reap, which only a minute a way to reach out the Old Market, Pub Street, Night Market, Siem Reap River and Shopping Mall.
  The Vill also offer the guests with best price for the rental such as Bicycle, E-Bike and Motorcycle. If you are looking for a stay in Siem Reap please look no further for Villa Niron.
