A great man, the now 80+ year old who made the miniatures by hand. They were amazing to see, especially considering the work he put to make them. But it was even nicer to meet and speak with him, see his how happy and proud he is when talking about his work and his life.

Most of the Wat has been destroyed you can still enjoy the Angkor wat, mostly. The place could be much better if they maintain the garden, the replicas etc Such a disappointment.
I'm not sure the cost (1,5$ in Feb.2018) worth it !

I met the owner/maker of this place on my visit, it happened to be his 81st birthday. He gave me a guided tour of his small but very interesting yard, where his sculptures are kept. Also I was able to see his drawings and amazingly detailed sketches of several of the more famous temples in cambodia. His stories of survival throughout the Khmer Rouge are quite astounding.

Spent the last two days looking at temples and still enjoyed seeing these mini ones and meeting the artist. Good for a bird's eye view of what you've seen. His drawings were great too!

A small place to escape to. The elderly man is really proud of his work and is eager to explain his work. I think he was sad I didn't take a pic. Do visit if you have the time

Amazing miniature replicas of Angkor Wat and Bayon. The guy how made them is incredibly interesting and happy to talk. He worked on the original technical drawings on the 60s, then had to hide them from the Khmer Rouge. He has the original drawings, and pictures from when the king of cambodia and UNESCO gave him awards.

We were able meet the man that made the miniatures. It took him 4 years to build Angkor Thom. Not a large place, but very interesting.

Good place to come visit if you have 10 minutes to kill. There's only a few miniatures to see. They're pretty impressive and the $1.50 entry fee is pretty fair for what you can see.
