The guard would not let me in, tried to ask when it was open all he said was no and poi ted me away. The main gate was open, vehicles were parked inside and people walking around, this was a Tuesday around 11:30.

When I tried to go in, the guard wouldn't let me, and couldn't explain why. I tried to ask if it was closed, and he just didn't respond, probably because he just didn't understand me. It'd be good if there were information at the security guard for incidents like this, where there was some sort of misunderstanding.

Great explanation of ankor! For just 2 dollars you get a tour guide with really good English, lot of interesting information and really energetic! Better than paying 12 dollars for the museum.
