  I'm writing this complaint to share my bad experience with this bus company.
  I took the night bus from Battambang to Sihanoukville via Phnom Penh.
  During the night, I got my cell phone stolen by the drivers (still wondering how they did as it was all along with me). When I asked them about during the night, nobody was speaking english anymore, and they pretend not to understand. We spoke to the manager in Sihanoukville, we send emails to the bus company, but nobody cares or bothers to answer.
  Afterward, other tourists told us that they were advised not to take this bus company as many thiefs complaints were reported on the net.
  My advice would be DO NOT TRAVEL with this company

  DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY IMPLEMENT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM AND ORGANIZE THEMSELVES!
  
  We booked tickets 4 days in advance and at the last minute they sold our seats to someone else for no reason. They made a mistake, and refused to provide any refund despite their mistake.
  
  Their buses and ferries are in decent condition and made for a good ride, but when they make a mistake, which happens with this company frequently, expect a total lack of customer service and lots of frustration.
  
  Your transportation is good! Please fix your customer service policies and standards of organization!
