This is a really good hotel the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a good sized swimming pool that is kept very clean. The rooms are a good size clean and have aircon and are traditional looking some have a small balcony. You are greeted on arrival with a cool drink. Breakfast is simple but good. They will also book you bus tickets if you are moving on and there are always tuk tuks outside, but is not too long a walk to the river front or other attractions.

Decent hotel. Very nice pool. Our room was OK but no view. Bathroom not very impressive but did the job. Cook to order beakfast OK but limited selection. Would recommend a room with a balcony that faces the road.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this cute hotel in the middle of Phnom Penh. The room was cozy and the balcony spacious. The service was great and the pool was alright!

It's good to know that the breakfast is not a buffé but you choose from a form you are given by the staff. From there you can choose western style breakfast or Asian style. The breakfast is tasty but the portions are not so big.

We liked our stay and would recommend it to people that are staying in Phnom Penh for a few days!

This is a good hotel for singles, backpackers and smokers. The owner are Chinese, so if you come to this hotel do not expect something extravagant. Certainly not for family as I came with a little child and the environment within the hotel is not healthy for them. The Chinese/owner that hangs out at the lobby often behave in an un-hygienic manner (spitting, smoking, talk loudly, and etc).

The staff are great but there is nothing they can do when the owner behave badly. Beds are ok and the rooms are fine to stay without the smells of people smoking next door.

The high rating about the hotel is misleading as you noticed the hotel manager only reply to positive review on the hotel. My suspicion arose as Chinese business owner are reportedly spamming their own business review online with positive reviews to get customers to their hotel. I probably saw the people that hangs out at the hotel's lobby might be doing that there the whole day.

I have to share my honest opinion about this hotel as I felt cheated based on the review online. The bottom line is, its your choice but for those with kids please think about your kid's health before you decided to book this hotel. Plus I have to pay fines as I cancelled my booking for 3 nights.

We stayed there for 2 nights in november 2015 and it was nice.
Good location, big room with big balcony, nice swimming pool.
Last year, it was noisy because there was a building construction a few blocks from the hotel but unfortunately, it 's the same almost everywhere in Phnom Penh nowadays.

I stayed there for 2 days. From the arrival, the staff was polite and courteous. The room was large enough, with a huge balcony. The bed was nice and firm. The WiFi was strong and fast. The breakfast was tasty with succulent crepes. I recommend this hotel.

Boutique hotel Library offers you a bit of calm and tranquility in the middle of busy and hectic area. The owner and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have been in a nice and comfortable room with a spacious balcony. The hotel has all the amenities necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The swimming pool will most certainly be a little extra for you to enjoy or simply to sit next to to enjoy your breakfast or a drink. Breakfast is very tasty and is served until 10.30. The hotel is located in a nice part of town with easy access to Royal Palace, Central market and other markets and great restaurants.
