  We booked a 2 people room for $15.20, but it was definitely spacious. It would not be considered cheap but a decent price for Phnom Penh guesthouses. The room was clean and stocked with water, towel, tooth brush, soap, hot shower, fridge, etc. The bed, pillows, and blankets were good too. The AC was working but not cold enough, but thankfully there’s also a fan. The staff was also really nice, and they even gave us complimentary drinks. Because it’s a clean neighborhood and walkable distance from Orussey market, it was nice to walk around the area.

  I got there pretty late but they were nice and the room was comfortable enough for the price. I would recommend staying here.

  Very nice place .staff are really friendly comfortable clean room night guesthouse.I recommend you to stay in Kim guesthouse if we want to go royal palace it easy to walk cause it near recipients are fully responsible. But actually their english is limited they need improve none of them is very well speak .the stadium Olympics is too close and also has bicycles rental.our room was great clean it hard to find better thanks for all I will come back soon again!

  Unfriendly staff and the place is not good to stay.The recipients are fools and their English is too bad.I highly recommend anyone DO NOT stay in this guesthouse I had a terrible experience in it
