Lovely staff - friendly, helpful, accommodating and thoughtful. We were upgraded and they gave us a parting treat on our last night. The suite was amazing and very clean. Good breakfast. A great escape from the busy dusty streets of Siem Reap. I would definitely stay there again! In house massage also very good.
The hotel was old but pleasant. The staff was excellent. The rooms were big and comfortable. The swimming pool and exercise room were a great treat as well. Food was good. It was very close to the shopping area as well as the eateries. You could walk but it's definitely worth taking a tuk tuk, for $2.00. Enjoy the experience.
Lovely friendly staff.
Large clean rooms, sadly dated and dark.
no natural daylight. No view, personally I don't think room is worth £46 a night.
Best thing is the pool and breakfast.
Our beautiful sister hotel in the heart of town. While at the hotel, it's definitely worth to have a bite to eat or a cocktail at the fabulous Grill Wine Cafe.
The food in this restaurant is quite delicious with good services. This boutique hotel close to lucky mall and many shopping around in downtown. The rooms were clean and modern with friendly staff.
Such a pleasant experience! Best hotel service I ever had, all staff are professional, especially our hotel manager Dawind for that time, helped us with one-day trip plan and provided nice restaurant recommendations. Swimming pool and breakfast are all great, and the hotel is very close to the city and Old Market.
The excellent service started already with our pickup at the airport. Although very professional, the staff created a familiar atmosphere and made us feel welcome from the first minute. A special thanks to Peter who gave us great tipps and was always very attentiv and helpful!
The rooms are a big and comfortable. Right next to the hotel there is a small shopping mall with a super market. Pub street is within 10 minutes walk.
The food from the kitchen is also great! We also liked the traditional dance show with food that they organize on some days. The spa/massage was nice too.
Excellent hotel near Angkor Wat. Very cozy and comfortable, the staffs speak perfect English and they would do anything it takes to help you. Very convenience location about 5 minutes walk to Pub-street
i request for hotel pick up from airport. I am more than satisfied with the provided transportation what with warm face towel and bottled water during the journey. Hotel is small. Room is comfortable though. there is adjacent mall with supermarket. Within 10-15 minutes walk there are a few restaurants. Not forgetting the popular night market/pub street. But what makes this hotel scored high mark is the great service extended by the front line staff. They are courteous, helpful. Staff like Ms Khemmy helps make my stay there memorable and enjoyable. Definitely my fav hotel.
Had a great stay in this hotel. The staffs are very attentive and they anticipate to every of your need. They can organize a great temple tour, recommend the best place to see and to eat.
Dont forget to take the Family Suite it is really really nice for your family, especially when traveling with Kids.
Very well located in the center of town which is pretty easy to walk at night. In front of hotel there is a great dining venu, Grill Wine Cafe but also if you want to see the show it is a minute away. If you want to cover the touristic area in the most effective time frame here is the place to stay.
The team is excellent on their service level, professionally train.
We spent 6 nights at this hotel late July 2017 and could not speak highly enough of the service we received from the very friendly and cooperative staff who's standard of English was generally high. A special mention to Soka who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel rooms are 3.5 to 4 star but the pool is a good size and well serviced and the buffet breakfast is substantial. The hotel is well located within a 5 minute walk to bars and cafes but far enough away from most of the noise. My Thai wife had a massage at the hotel and rated it one of the best she has had which is worth noting considering she is trained in massage herself. We would have no hesitation in giving this hotel a high recommendation primarily for the quality of its very high staff service.
If there was a star rating higher than 5, I'd have gladly given it to them. Just completed a memorable stay of 3 nights with and it was beyond my expectation. To the people who think the staff are nice as they are expecting a tip; Let's face it - it is the hotel industry and some staff do appreciate and look forward to their tips! Have you ever had your 5 suitcases delivered to your room at the Ritz hotel in North America and not have the bell boy expecting his tip?
I found the staff here extremely caring, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist and always with a smile. Rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Only thing I found weird was the bathroom, where the floor of the shower was apparently some kind of wood, instead of tiles. And the sealing of this wood is loose, therefore water goes under, and it even squelchesnot good as it creates mildew, and drain flies. But this in no way affected me of my holiday.
Foods and drinks were also terrific. Breakfast was a healthy array of noodles, rices, soups, salads, coffee, bread, pastries, eggs, cheese, cereal - you name it and they cater for it! It is included in your price.
The Spa was heaven and affordable. Very relaxing, and the girls are professional and knowledgeable. The entire hotel felt boutique, fresh, serene and very personal!
It is also close to the night market which is a must! 24hrs street food, tuk tuk cum mobile bars with cheap, glitzy disco lights and a surprising array of Gins, Whiskies, Rums and beers and streamed loud music lends a surreal atmosphere of vacation with no worries at all! Go and enjoy Siem Reap and Angkor Hotel!
Amazing experience!
Stayed 5 nights in the Family Suite with a family of 4, we made a right choice to choice this hotel and especially the family suite. It is spacious and very convenience. It come with two convenience bathrooms, a gigantic bed in the master bedroom and 2 single bed in the second bedroom. The staffs are all excellent.
Great, comfy, spacious rooms with SWINGS! Very large bathrooms. Location was great - adjacent to Luck Mall, a laundry facility, and a couple nice food markets. Spa was heavenly - one of the best scrub/massages I've ever had, and dirt cheap.
For the price it's totally worth it!! Nice pool, great breakfast buffet. Staff was awesome.
Our bed was comfortable. Our bathroom was really old with rot furniture. The gym wasn't working (I booked here because of that). Staff were friendly but not in natural way. They were friendly more like "I want some tip" way, what is very uncomfortable. Hotel tours are overpriced. At least it is a walking distance form pub street.
The staff was super kind, and helpful. Hotel is located near Lucky mall, the neighborhood is alright. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds.
It's a niche hotel in the middle of town, it is far enough from the crow but close enough to everything you need. If you are staying here look out for their restaurant right in front of the hotel, it is the talk of the town too. Their Grill Wine Cafe is know best place for Cambodian Western Cuisine but also authentic Khmer Food.
It is very close to pub-street and other tourists attraction, and most importantly easy to travel between hotel airport or temple, Angkor Wat, the world heritage site.
I would strongly recommend this award-winning hotel, their constantly won the award from Tripadvisor on their best traveler's choice which they displayed in their most creative artistic lobby.
Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel is highly recommend if you look forward an exclusive place with personalize and heartfelt service.
A lovely hotel with big and clean room, considering such a good price. The buffet breakfast has many choices. Only improvement suggested is that pastries especially croissant could be more crispy instead of being soft.
And when you leave hotel will give you a 'miss you' dessert, that's really warm.
