I made a reservation at this hotel but they said they could not cheat me and check in.
They said that they were not wrong, and that all the wrongs were the mistakes of Agoda.

after that
They sent me to a cheap hotel that did not get me enough water.
They say that every fault is in Agoda
They said they found me a different hotel.
He said he should thank me

Perfect few days of relaxation

I really enjoyed my stay here and made some good French and German friends whom I continued to travel with. It is comfortable, cheap and the beer/food is good value.

So you are in a developing country and on the beach so it is not the five star full service experience you are after - but authenticity.

If you want to party (note - Sihanoukville is a party village for tourists) you can - but if you want to chill out and just go to the beach - you can do this also. Tranquility is far enough away from the noise of any partying but close enough to go and have some fun if you want also. We arrived late in the evening in a torrential downpour and Tranquility Guest-house was the first place that we went to that did not take advantage of the fact we were desperate for a room.
