Restaurant has overpriced food, and they forgot your order. Accidentally broke a glas and was fined 5 dollars for it..
The toilets don't have electricty, WIFI is non existent.
The location is The only thing good.

I cannot recommend this resort!
I wanted to book a transfer and a accommodation on Koh Rong at the Koh Rong Dive Center. The manager of the Dive Center was Turkish and he was not very friendly. All the places what I wanted to book where overbooked except this one (it's owned by his brother). After I came with an old boat to the island I checked in. At the check in they wanted to keep my passport! After a short discussion they gave it back to me. This was the first time a resort worked like this. The place by itself was ok but overpriced. The drive back to Sihanoukville took hours because the engine of the boat broke, we had to chance the boat in the middle of the sea. After that we came back to the pier and the Owner of the boat (who is also the owner of the Dive Resort) didn't say sorry!!! I don't expect a discount, I just expected a sorry. I would not do business again with this company!

Don't know about the guest house, but on Tuesdays there is a Pub Crawl which seems to end here, so everyone is already half way drunk and in happy mood to party, so come here if you like to dance - sound is very good, music depends on the DJ but it's usually normal pop dance hits music, and also very important - there are strong fans so you can enjoy dancing with a breeze :-)

Poor managment. Laundry was lost and I was left with no underwear. They made us walk to the other side of the beach where the laundry was actually done by the locals. We couldn't find it there either. Manager wanted nothing to do with our complaint. The poor staff had to deal with it. We eventually got our clothes back after 72hours. The wifi does not work at all.

Management is a shambles. Everyone got sick in the dorm room. Facilities are basic and WiFi does not work at all. Considering its the most expensive dorm on the island - avoid. Had to stay an extra night as they lost all our laundry and then refused to help find it or reimburse for clothing, despite the fact we'd already spent $30 each staying there, it would have been a small loss for them just to settle. Mustafa the manager said he would help the previous night but eventually told us on check out day that "he couldn't be bothered with this conversation anymore and that we can just go to the police". Knowing full well we had only 10 minutes before getting our boat (after spending another two hours in the morning trying to sort the lost laundry). He left his poor staff to sort it out, who eventually managed to trace down our laundry at the last minute. Overall, management sucks, staff are treated poorly and it's the most overpriced venue for food, drink and accommodation on the Island. Avoid at all costs.
