Absolutely brilliant nice and friendly good English language spoken rooms always clean t.v fridge hot shower fan or air-conditioning even kettle .

Speedy check in, quiet surroundings. The guy at reception speaks very good English, he helped us book a taxi back to Pheom Penh for the super good price of $50. A Tuk Tuk from the Sihanoukville ferry port was $5. They have no food facilities available onsite so you must purchase breakfast outside. Lots of very good cafes in the vicinity to choose from which are open from 7am. Each bungalow has a small balcony overlooking their pool which is nice. The bungalow itself is very basic, they have a small almost kitchen like area with a gas burner and sink, then a bathroom with hot water, toothbrush, shampoo, hair dryer. They provide both pool towels and bath towels. They are a 6 minute walk from the main beach which has a gorgeous view of the sunset.

Quiet, tucked away with nice staff. Not on the beach, but a mere 5-10 minutes away from one of the nicest spots on the entire beach. Highly recommended!

I like the room and bathroom soooo cleaned also the owner and his family very nice and kind and you can walk to Otres beach 2 in 5 mins ^^.

A bit of a late review, I think we were one of the first people to stay here back in 2013 it was great then, the people were super nice and helpful the food was good too. Room was a good size and very clean and not too far from the beach :) I'd go again

Not at all what we were expecting. Not close to the beach in comparison to most other places. Fairly cramped rooms, and not in a nice looking part of the town. It's not bad value for money but not somewhere worth staying in one of the most beautiful parts of Cambodia.
