Bit pricy, but they have some nice special coffee and chocolate mixes, sandwiches, the seating is new and comfortable, good airco and the WiFi is really fast!

also my favorite branch. it was a bit hot before as there were always problem with the air-con, but now its ok as they fixed it.
friendly staffs, good place for private discussion as its not as crowded as other places.

Food is good but serving time is a tad slow. I think the aircon is not functioning properly, it's kinda hot indoor most of the time.

Stopped here last week after an appointment in the building. I ordered the pancakes and sausage it was fresh made and good. I day didn't care for the sausage but I will say everything tasted better next day ✌ The blended mocha frozen drink was ok but their southern blend iced tea was amazing! Spot was clean, cozy free Wi-Fi and employees were friendly.

Same as all the other coffee shop franchises that appear to be swamping Phnom Penh recently! Clean, good service. Prices range from $3 - $4.25 for pasta, sandwiches, salads etc.
