Bad customer service! No refunds, expensive books and beware other customers. Don’t think because your spending $100+ and standing in front of the queue will mean you receive good cutter service s as other customer (mostly female always Asian) spending $4 will jump the queue with no acknowledgement or apology from the staff. Can’t wait until amazon arrives and blows this expensive store out of the water.

It is a great bookstore in town. I just got what i wanted to find there. There are many types of books. Perhaps you don't have to go there with any target book, then you might buy few books since those many books will attract you. Staffs are friendly and helpful. You just tell them any relevant information of your wanted book, then they will search it for you. Reasonable price

This is one of the best bookstores in Southeast Asia. It is similar to Barnes and Noble book stores in the States. I found what the book I want - Pol Pot Little Red Book in this book store. This is better to go to this larger and more variety of books here than smaller Monument Bookstore in Aeon shopping Mall.

This is the only famous book store in the country where u can look for or buy variety of publications in mostly English and some in Khmer. The price mostly range from $$ up. The service is good and there is a spot u can sit and skim the book. Its nice and cool there.

Monument Books has, by far, the largest selection of new books in Phnom Penh. They carry books from all genres and have a wide variety of series. The selection of children's and young adult books is wonderful. Prices may seem a bit steep as there is usually a mark-up from publisher's pricing, but most items are imported so that's to be expected. Prices are comparable to other bookstores in town, but Monument's huge selection beats out those of any other bookstore in town.
