Amazing service. The staff was very polite and exceptionally helpful. They help arrange things for you as far as transportation and activities. The rooms are clean and orderly. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to stay near pub street.

This lovely hotel is clean and provides great hospitality.The hotel staff is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay.The hotel provided us great facilities from good rooms to a superb restaurant and great pool. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Will definitively recommend.

Absolutely the BEST customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The hotel booking included transportation to/from the airport. We were greeted by a hotel staff and made sure to learn my friend's name (who was traveling with me but her name wasn't on the reservation) and address us both by name. We received wonderfully scented towels when we got in the car and were offered a drink. She asked what our plan were for our stay, made recommendations, and even made a few phone calls to arrange the Angkor Wat tour on the drive home so that by the time we arrived at the actual hotel, we had ALL the details finalized. Upon arrival we received the tastiest nuts, taro root chips and a local delicious drink. We arrived before check in and they let us into our room early. They comped us breakfast even though we technically only stayed for one night and were there two mornings. The entire staff learned our names, made recommendations for food and restaurants, and when we got back from an activity, would remember what we had just done and asked about our experience. They were SO SO SO amazing that they let us take a shower before we left to the airport after spending a long day out at another room after we had checked out.
Additionally, the hotel food was amazing. After non-stop Thai food for 2 weeks, eggs benedict sounded amazing. I expected SE Asia's version of American dishes but the plate was amazing! Lastly, my friend and I got like 10 massages at different spas during our stay, and decided to schedule a foot reflexology massage before leaving. Hands down the BEST massage of the trip. I can write a book about how amazing our stay was and I'm back in Siem Reap, wouldn't stay anywhere else.response / report this review -

Just an amazing little piece of paradise in Siem Reap. Fantastic and sincere service. Great food and great drinks. Staff remembers you by name. Just that extra touch of feeling very welcome. Pool clean and nice. Txs for another great experience here.

Upon arriving you're welcomed with a drink a cold towel (amazing refreshing) taro chips and lime leaf peanuts. The assistant manager immediately gave us the run down on the town$15 for a hotel arranged tuk tuck to bring you to all the temples (they stock it with a cooler and water so let them arrange it instead of a street tuck tuk). $32 if you want a car for the temples. Free airport tuk tuk.
The pool area is really nice and the water mercifully cold.
The room was also pretty nice and they welcome you with flowers on your bed. Cold AC and a nice balcony.
The staff remembers your name and gets you whatever you want (and remembers what you want for later).
Another cold towel when arriving back from a boiling day hiking the stairs of Angkor watpriceless.
The only downside is there was some construction nearby and the lady boy comedy improv night at the night market next store is a little loud until 10pm.
All in all worth every penny of the $44 a night.response / report this review -

Hotel is really nice. Small in number of rooms and lobby / common areas but just enough to make you feel comfortable and giving you the home warm feeling. Room was perfectly arranged and very clean; they took care of every single detail. The location is great as there are many places around to go and have a walk, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. They arranged airport-hotel transportation and also the tours to angkor-wat for a very small / reasonable price. The food was good, we had the opportunity to be in a 'grill-buffette' for dinner with chicken, pork, beef & seafood plus salads and terrific sides all of it tasting really good for just $ 7.50 usd per person!
The best part of the stay was the personnel service, they were just GREAT! I literally felt like I was part of the royalty they took care of every single detail of us, treating us personally as individuals and not as a regular guest like the 'international-hotel chains'. It was just perfect and for a cheap rate. Very well recommended.response / report this review -

I feel I got the best service ever! The friendly staff are so considerable and you will feel you are so spoiled! I doubt if you can get the same service from any other hotels in town. Our flight back was at mid-night but we checked out in the morning of the last day. The being said, we had no places to go after a full day tour in such hot weather. Unfortunately, they were sold out when I try to add another night on one room just for our family to have a rest. However, the staff were sooooo nice that they were able to find a place for us to take a shower and have a short rest in the hotel! Even when we had already checked-out!
Another best thing is its restaurant. Food is tasty, clean but the price is very reasonable. If you'd been to Siem Reap, you would know how bad but pricey the foods were on the street.
Rooms are very clean. Not a very big hotel but it has everything you need (swimming pool, massage, internet, etc.). Breakfast is good.response / report this review -

My absolute favorite hotel in Cambodia, very friendly stuff, delicious breakfast, a little bit too tiny, but healthy and nice! Service is extraordinarily outstanding, if you have a wish, stuff recognized early than you could speak out. The food was also very good if you like Khmer food enjoy!

The room was nice and cozy. The shower with the rocks around it was cool. Breakfast was delicious. They have American food options that tasted great. (Omlette, toast, scrambeled eggs, pancakes, French toast and more) After 4 hours of ATV riding I was super dirty. Especially my shoes. Their laundry service cleaned everything. Customer service was super exceptional. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are in Cambodia. Location is just down the street firm the market area. 5 Stars easy!!!!

Very Good Hotel. we will feel very guitly if didn't write this review because everything is BEYOND PERFECT. thank you so much NARA, SIM & other staff members that give us very good hospitality & service. they give us surprise for our wedding anniversary, very nice romantic decoration with many flowers. breakfast is good. 1st ever hotel make we feel very sad upon checkout..wish to come again
