Great location, price is decent, pool, air conditioning, free breakfast that I liked. I enjoyed my stay overall.
Constructive criticisms: mildew smell in the room. Only a small opaque window (but good for sleeping)so maybe another painting in the wall to fill the empty space, no hot water (but I didn’t mind because it was so hot outside anyways). Bathroom was a bit in disrepair.response / report this review -

All staffs were not friendly during my stay. Rooms were not as clean as it should be. Especially night-shift man reciptionist should be fired. WE ACCEPTED THE REQUEST TO KEEP IT DOWN AND TRIED TO BE NICE BUT THEY TRIED TO KICK US OUT INSTEAD (NOTE: we agreed that we were being noisy but we stopped. And 30minutes later they tried to kick us out even we were not making noise). Since the first day of staying none staff smiled at us once even we asked them they didn’t even reply like we weren’t exist. I would not recommend this hotel !

Good place to stay in the middle of Siem Reap. Everything in town is in walking distance so no need for lots of tuktuk expenses. Breakfast Buffet included which suits all needs. Pool is ok but not available during breakfast time.

STAFF: While we were out, housekeeping searched my backpack and stole 50 euros from me. When I reported the theft to management, they insinuated that my wife had taken the money from me.
LOCATION: A major hi-rise construction project towers over the swimming pool. Relaxing by the pool or in the rooms is impossible during the day due to jackhammers and powersaws. Also, the pool is in deep shade all day, so it's cold.
WIFI: Signal is okay in the lobby, but nowhere else.
BREAKFAST: Get up early or the good stuff is gone.
FACILITIES: Don't believe what you read about this hotel's amenities. My "superior" room had no pool/city view, no bathrobe, no safe deposit box and no tub. The shower was dirty and had plumbing problems.
Staying at this cheap hotel is a false economy. You'll pay for it with poor facilities, construction noise, mosquitoes and possibly getting robbed. Siem Reap has many hotels better than this one.response / report this review -

The very eccentric location. Very very close by to the pub street which is the most happening thing to do in Siem Reap after tiring Angkor Wat trip. The receptionist even allows a very early check in! I am in love with this Hotel. Best ever with halal breakfast buffet with no mix of chicken inside a fried rice and spagetti

Our room was super nice, 3 separate beds with individual mosquito protection.
No hot water though. AC worked fine.
I found the sheets a bit dirty.. I know they were clean but some stains remained :(
Swimming pool is nice although very small for the size of the hotel. And it is quite dirty around.
