Very friendly and helpful staffs. The guesthouse was located within 5 mins walking distance to Night Market, Central Market and Pub Street. Room was big size, clean and quiet for sleeping. Free breakfast was tasty and filling. The atmosphere had a nice vibe of relaxation and peace. Many young backpackers throughout. I was planning on touring Angkor Wat by bike, but that fell through so I booked a tour through the the guesthouse. Very easy and fast. The cost was 12$ US for all day Angkor tours. They made everything easy and cheap price. Highly recommend to every travelers.

I came to Siem Reap on a whim since I had some time between semesters after a study abroad year in Asia. I cannot recommend this place higher. I really had a nice time in here. For the money, I don't think I've ever stayed in a nicer location. The tours are great, the staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Mr. Vung is an amazingly nice driver, and I know when I come back to Siem Reap with friends I'll be looking for him personally. The tour packages are cheap and extensive and really help you get the most out of your time. Being so close to Old Market/Pub Street/Night Market makes this place the best for shopping and relaxing after a long day of temple crawling. I would recommend at least 3 days.

There is not one thing that I would recommend changing. We cannot wait to return. The staff really did their best making guests feel welcomed. The rooms are comfortable and good enough. They provided free airport pickup and drop off, breakfast, tea, coffee, city map, Siem Reap and Angkor Wat information’s. I cannot recommend this place enough. Really great location and value for money.

I would like recommend Palm Garden. Really good service for a cheap price. I felt like, I had good relaxing and a great trip in Cambodia. Really great location in Siem Reap. All the staffs were so polite, kind, friendly and friendly. If I will go back to Siem Reap, I will definitely choose this guesthouse. Strongly recommend to everyone. Thanks all of them.

I booked this guesthouse after reading so many recommending reviews. All I can say is that these reviews, some are wrong and some are right. The guesthouse was bit old, no hot water in the bathroom and no TV in the rooms. But The guesthouse is very conveniently located, nearby the Old Market, the French Quarter, Pub Street, the Alley, etc., but remote enough to avoid the hassles and the noise. You get more than excellent value; nice, clean rooms and a definite plus free pickup, breakfast, hot tea and coffee all time. The staff is very friendly and helpful while leaving you any freedom to spend your days the way you prefer. I will return in here.

This is my best place to stay in Siem Reap while visit Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta prom and others temples. The staffs are so nice, friendly, helpful and great English. The place is near to markets and Pus Street, but It is in a quiet area. I am so happy to be back again. Highly recommend!

Great value for money. I am solo traveler, I really had nice time in this lodge, and I really enjoyed with all staffs as well. They kept us like their family. I always told us about information of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat Tour. We loved and would recommend this place to everyone.

UNSAFE - YOUR STUFF *WILL* GET STOLEN! A laptop and camera in our case, from the reception area. The laptop tracker showed that the laptop was still somewhere within the lodge, so it must have been someone on the property. Staff were very uncooperative and claimed that the security camera at the lodge hadn't been working for the past month (!). They overslept on the day they had to go to the police station to record their statement, and were in general a far cry from the "friendly, helpful staff" reviews here. It's clearly an unsafe property with dishonest staff, please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Would have rated lower if possible.

The room is big but the toilet is not equipped with heater, the water has rusty taste and poor flow. Be ware of surroundings, as I realised there were people peeping at dawn while usually people is at deep sleep.

I stayed here with my friend for three nights in here. We really loved this place so much. Nice atmosphere with friendly staffs, and helpful owner. Free wifi 24 hours, free coffee and tea 24 hours, free pickup at the bus station and airport, and free breakfast with bananas. The room is clean and cozy. The location is great, safe and nearby everything we need. We really enjoyed our trip in Siem Reap, highly recommend and WORTH IT.

Me and my friends stayed for three nights recently and really enjoyed our stay. The location is just a 5 minutes’ walk to Central Market, Night Market, Old Market, restaurants and Pub Street. And there are always tuk-tuk drivers outside if you need one. One of the best things that made our stay here so enjoyable was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We hope to return again soon. We will certainly be staying here again.

We stayed in the fan room. It was quite hot (well, it was just during the middle of the hot season), but the ceiling fan did good job.

Spacious room with a small fridge, ceiling fan, TV, a desk, attached bathroom with hot shower. Daily housekeeping and towels provided.

The tap water had bad smell a bit, nothing horrible though.

There's nice sitting area with free coffee&tea all day. Breakfast were included (fried/scrambled eggs/omelette, toasted bread, jam).

Location was quite good, still walking distance to the central market, pub street etc. There are some restaurants quite close by (My Little Cafe became our favorite for dinner).

Great value for about €6/THB220 (rate on agoda).

What did I really miss was the water refill (even if it was paid for).

They also offer tuktuk service for the temples ($10/$15 small/big your) and motorbike rental ($12/day that's quite expensive - at different places can be for $8/day or maybe even less). Bicycle rental is available just opposite the street.

The hotel is nice, it's got included breakfast but don't expect too much variety in the menu (eggs prepared differently and toasts). Some rooms have Ac which I recommend when coming in dry season because the heat might not let you sleep.

4 Stars Because of the Service.

Pros: FREE AIRPORT PICKUP (or Drop Off). Massive Bonus. FREE Tea and Coffee 24 hours per day. FREE BREAKFAST (Eggs and Toast with Jam). Low Price for Siem Reap. Foam Bed was Okay. Pretty Comfortable. Location was quiet and has AMAZING local, cheap restaurants close by. Bicycle Rental across the street. Room Sizes were good.

Cons: Open-Air walls (Mosquitoes get in at night). Water smells and tastes of RUST. Pipes and water all rusty and falling apart. The whole building is VERY run-down and everything is just old or damaged.

The MEH: Wifi was spotty at best, but was okay for basic scrolling or e-mailing. No water-refill station in the lobby for refilling water bottles. Breakfast was okay, but would be nice to have some fruit as an option. Siem Reap is a DUMP.

Siem Reap is a really awful city. If you have to stay somewhere cheap, and for a short time, I would stay here. But any longer, get yourself a nice place away from the city. It's really dirty, disgusting, dusty, trashy and horrible. Rent a bike or get a tour, do 1 or 2 days, and then move on. Just my recommendation.

We stayed at this lodge, because we got a really good deal where you got free breakfast, tea/coffee, airport pick up, and Wifi. Super low price for the rooms, tours, tickets to anywhere and laundry service. The bathroom was good and clean enough with hot shower. All the staffs were really lovely, friendly, kind and helpful. The lodge was right near the Central market, Night market and a load of good restaurants. Definitely we would recommend this lodge to everyone.
