Beautiful resort
Great pool clean rooms
Awsome service

Bar was a bit. Pizza was fair
Price was low and its close to pub street/night market

First impression is good, staff very friendly and helpful. But the hotel is very tired in the rooms. Items are provided ie safe, TV, air-conditioning etc but these either don't work or keep breaking. Breakfast is limited.

Beautiful full service hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. All my needs were met and the pool and spa were a great place to relax and get a massage.

Nicehotel with a nice pool. I just wonder if they ever change the sheets when the guests leave. The whole time I was there I think they did not change the sheets. I was in the room when they came to clean. Just straightened up my bed.

But the spa is really good. I tried the hot herbs spa. It relieved all my body aches and pains.

Very good staff. Courteous and polite. I just love the cultural show. Wonderful!

Was there for the first time in AngkorWat. Big room. Friendly stay. Clean. Central and close to pub street but fat enough to get rest and quiet. I'd stay again

My first trip to siem reap/Cambodia was absolutely memorable.
Not only were the temples amazing, but the hospitality of hotel are wonderful and breakfast was okay, service team was professional and helpful especially Mr. Phon Tola F&B Manager with his staffs always smiling to guests asking if we need some help. I would strongly recommend this hotel to any tourist/family.

This is the worst experience I ve ever met. This morning the server didnt knock the door be4 he came in. I were in the washroom puting my clothes on and he just came in the washroom！ extremely rude and unpolite！！！The reception desk said they knocked the door but I didnt hear it！！！ damn it！！I am not a deaf and I were besides the door！！！super rude people！！！I am very mad！！ complaimt didnt make any sense to these people.
