First it was a great welcoming..
.and their corner suites room was huge and have the huge balcony aswell.but disPointing me knowing that so many mosquitos inside the room i was so scared.then i realised their are a lot of flowers in a glass with waterofcourse mosquitos atract with that types of things they lsy eggs there which the hotel owners didnt realised..it is nice to look that alot of alive flowers inside but never ever keep a flowers indoors with waters before you know it you might get 1 bite of those mosquitos and ended up your lifethe lobby man told me when i complane about it that i spent 1 night chasing those bugs in our room.so nxt morning i told him must removed those flowers glass in our room.he response me and says no my flowers will die?so i told him i'd rather kill ur flower than me get a bite of those bugs and get a DENGE.also breakfast is very bad we didnt eat after first day as it was so horrible

Amazing hotel, great location, and very friendly and accommodating staff! From the pre-arranged and complimentary Turk Tuk from the airport to the room, I have no complaints. I travel frequently and visit many hotels in foreign destinations. There was something very special about this place--the warm people of Cambodia, the "next door" markets, and the countless number of restaurants. In short, the Shadow Angkor Residence will not disappoint!

The staff do everything in their power to help you with any request you may have. Nice clean spacious rooms. Pancake for breakfast is super tasty, I wish there were 10 of them.

Fantastic large room, very friendly staff and great location on the river.
The laundry service is one of the best I have experienced. Excellent and well priced.
Shadow Residence used to be the original Shadow of Angkor and has now been completely refurbished. The result is much larger rooms with great bathrooms and balconies.
Highly recommended.
