Ac not working, flush doesn't work neither, the hotel never answered my emails to arrange the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel nice pool and nice rooms otherwise

Great location, and amenities. Stayed here for a couple nights while in Siem Reap. Breakfast was great, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Small but Beautiful boutique hotel that is tucked away from the main shopping area but close enough to walk.

It has a pool and the villas are beautiful. Do bring along insect repellent as there's lots of mozzies.

Stayed here for a few nights in November. I choose this hotel based mainly on location (wanted something central), and booked the 'Premier Villa with Private Garden'. The room also came with a free airport-pickup, - which at first sounds like a nice touch, - but it turned out to be a tuk-tuk, which along with my suitcases, made the 7km journey to the hotel a bit of a ‘white-knuckle ride’ !!

The size of the room was very large, and it was nice to have a ground-level room/villa with outside terrace. There is free WiFi and this was fine for my needs (checking e-mails). The hotel also arranged/called a tuk-tuk for visits to the various temples ($15-$20). However, my stay wasn’t a good as I’d hoped/expected, and there were some niggling gripes as follows;

• On arrival, I'd have expected some complimentary bottles of water, - but there was none.
• Whoever cleans the room must not be able to reach the ceiling, as there were cobwebs.
• It takes 5 minutes for the hot-water to warm up.
• The pool is nice, but with just 4 sun-beds, gets busy quickly. Pool shower not working.
• Breakfast is very basic and limited.
• $2 for a can of coke from the mini-bar is expensive for a country like Cambodia, and only discovered this on checking-out.
• Hotel isn’t a close to town-centre as I’d thought, and at night (due to heat and unlight road) you will need a tuk-tuk.

Overall, for a 4-star hotel costing £57/$85 a night, - this wasn’t quite up to scratch and more expensive than it should be in Cambodia, -- This really hit home when I paid a lot less in Thailand for much better accommodation.

9 villas encompassing the . Calm, peaceful, relaxing green oasis . Loved the greenery,landscaping. Whilst eating breakfast , with gentle sound of water , occasionally sound of transport .
