The library is located on the second floor of this pointed building. There are many activities going on each week. There is no air-con but the environment is already good. There are many kinds of books. Besides reading the book, people can have a nice drink or some simple snack as well. The parking is limited; it is a good idea to go there by bike or motorbike.
