The library has many kinds of books in Khmer, Japanese, and English languages for both science and social science. There are also other entertainment and lifestyle books, magazine and newspaper. You can find a lot of books related to Japan, and the books in Japanese language. The library is opened freely for public. The staffs there are really helpful and friendly. The library is closed every Wednesday. A good recommended place for those who want to find a comfortable and quiet place for study ,and those who want to find good books to read.
