  I visited this library around 3-5 times and a bit nice place to read some books. Do not expect foreign book a lot. No need to ID card to get in this library but suprisingly they open late and close early. Also I can see the reality of cambodian student.

  Public library which is under the RUPP, you can read many books both in English and Khmer languages.

  The second largest library in Cambodia after National Library. In this library have a lot of books and everybody need to pay before entering but it's cheap.

  I think this is the best library in Phnom Penh (please kindly correct me if I'm wrong). A nice place for people who want some space to read or surf internet with a silent yet comfortable environment. The temperature there is not cool enough (at least for me), and seem like they don't provide electrical outlet, sorry for the laptop guy (the reason I rarely go there).
