  The hotel staff were nice (very limited English). The hotel was clean. We were put in a massive (old meeting) room which was nice. The problem was something was not plumbed correctly and the sewage vented into our bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed or else our whole room smelt like ****. However, our friend had a different room which did not smell.
  
  The breakfast was nice, a bit busy as it was Chinese New Year.
  
  The spa was a bit of a letdown. The water was a bit mirky and the hot pools were only turned on when people came to use them meaning they were lukewarm.
  
  Location was fine.

  Unfortunately this place didn't meet our expectations which were modest to begin with. There was confusion with our booking, their records indicated we had an amount owing when we had already paid in full. Our room smelt of cigarette and the place is noisy! Our 1st morning we were woken up at 5:30 to a man outside on a loud speaker. We asked to change rooms to escape the noise. Instead we had drilling or something in the room above and what sounded like someone rearranging furniture.
  One positive is the nice view you get to enjoy at the restaurant.

  This place charge you even waters. A dollar each for two waters. And they have construction early every morning. Don't come here unless you have no other hotel around
