Checked in to dirty bathroom, towel not replaced, and complimentary bottle of water 1/2 empty This has to be the worest check in experience. Wow! I was speechless.

Dyvith Hotel offers good food in the poolside cafe. Two pools, the Largest pool being shaded by tall buildings in the afternoon , making the water slightly cooler than expected. Towels provided, lockers and good showers in the changing facilities. The Hot tub and Cold tub temperature is far too extreme, hence the lack of use. Steam and sauna rooms available.

Pool: Best lap swimming pool I’ve found in Phnom Penh. Has actual lane markers and very clean. Best to avoid peak times. After 4 on weekdays, after 2:30 on weekends, and holidays.
Gym: Clean, and equipment well maintained.
Locker room: Very clean.

We've stayed at this hotel many times. Thanks to our school's special partnership with them. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Lots of choices. Activities one can do here: playing squash, lawn and table tennis, working out in the gym, swimming, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi. The downside is a lot of the staff are new.
