Nice place to stay by the river in the middle of town, several minutes walk to any eating places.

Its a really nice hotel with very polite staff. Plus it is extremely cheap for what it offers, even by Cambodian standards. Wifi was complementary and quick. The pool was a little smaller than expected and there are only four recliners. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Dirty stuffy room with the smell of dampness. Dirty bed linen and towels. Washed and worn dressing gowns which we used to plug cracks in the windows. Many mosquitoes and lizards in the hotel. Instead of disposable sneakers we found somebody's rubber beach shoes. The swimming pool is very small with the strong smell of bleach. We were at the breakfast only once. We were waiting for half an hour when they brought yesterday's rice with vegetables and fried egg. We had a stomach ache after the breakfast. Never book tuk-tuk in the hotel to go sightseeing. The tuk-tuk driver on the middle of the route began to demand extra money. Frankly speaking, we can't understand why the hotel has so high rating.

Unlike Expedia listing, this place does not have a child's pool, fitness centre or lounge and NO poolside bar! But beautiful small pool and rooms.

Great place to stay, a little out of the way of pub street but not too far to walk. It's quite, modern, very clean, air-conditioned rooms, great service and has delicious food in the upstairs restaurant. (if a little bit pricey for Cambodia but worth it). The pool is great in the hot weather and such a pretty setting. There is a small art gallery downstairs which had a local artists in residence. It added a nice touch. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A little far from night market, and the road front hotel not finished yet. But, this hotel is so very nice. Friendly and well trained staffs, good foods and coffee.

River Bay Villa Siem reap is a small hotel. The road outside was full of potholes but don't let this put you off as majority of the roads in Cambodia are like this.
I was picked up from the airport by a tuk tuk, sent by the hotel, which was driven by a very helpful chap.
The room was nice. Air-conditioner was already on as I checked in, so it was cool which is what I needed. There was kettle and facilities to make English tea in the room. Bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a pool in the hotel, which I never used and didn't see anyone using, but it looked clean and nice.
I had free breakfast as part of my booking. Breakfast is not just a tick box.you are given a menu and things of your choice are made to order. Delicious.
Staff are very nice and courteous. They arranged for my bus ticket to Ho Chi Minh city (with a 3 dollar commission).
I was also given free bike which I used on all three days of my stay.
Overall five stars. Would definitely recommend.

Nice small hotel with two restaurants that also cater to outside guests. The restaurant is run by famous chef Mr. Seng Sothea. The propose has a pool inside and a big, long public pool outside which is the river.

Not only was the hotel clean, modern, cozy and comfortable but the staff was amongst the most responsive and genuinely friendly group of individuals I've ever met. The hotel arranges for you to have a dedicated tuk tuk driver for the entire duration of your stay, which is extremely helpful. Great space for lounging around during the day in the courtyard or by their pool. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    “Great place for relaxation ”

Along to Siem Reap's riverside 15 minutes walk from National museum. Great service within a helpful and friendly staff. Place within a romantic bar and restaurant. Me got myself a amazing room within pool view. Sleeping conditions absolutely perfect. Strongly recommend for your honeymoon, anniversaries and your holiday trip.
